About Body Of One

A training space built for real lives, not fitness clichés.

Body Of One LLC exists for people who want to feel strong in their own skin without obsessing over numbers on a scale. We blend evidence-informed training with simple, clear communication.

Your body holds your work, your stress, your history, and your future. Instead of treating training as punishment for what you ate, we treat it as practice for how you want to live.

In place of quick-fix challenges and generic templates, Body Of One offers coaching that respects your joints, your schedule, and your bandwidth. We go beyond sets and reps to teach you how to move, recover, and adjust when life gets loud.

Training Focus

Coaching that meets you where you are.

Every plan is written from scratch. Below are the main ways people work with Body Of One LLC. Together, we’ll shape the details around your schedule and goals.

1:1 Strength & Conditioning

Individual sessions focused on building foundational strength, better movement patterns, and confidence with free weights and bodyweight work.

Ideal for: beginners, return-to-training, busy professionals. In-person • 55 minutes

Semi-Private Training

Small-group training (2–3 people) where each person still follows an individualized program. Share energy and accountability while keeping coaching cues tailored just for you.

Train with a partner or friend, keep it personal. 2–3 clients per block

Hybrid Programming Support

For those who already lift or play sports but want direction. We design and update your training blocks, check form, and help you adjust volume around work, travel, and life.

Includes periodic in-person check-ins. Programming + consults
Coaching Approach

Simple steps, consistent practice, long-term results.

We’ll always be honest about what it takes to change, and we’ll keep the process doable. No secret hacks—just clear structure and thoughtful adjustments.

  1. 1

    Conversation & Intake

We start with a short conversation to understand your story, your current routines, and what you want to be able to do.

  2. 2

    Movement & Strength Assessment

We look at how you move today: range of motion, control, and how your body handles basic patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls.

  3. 3

    Program Design Around Your Life

Training blocks are written specifically for your week—work hours, recovery, and sleep habits all matter.

  4. 4

    Coaching, Feedback & Adjustments

As we train, we adjust based on your energy, stress, and progress so the plan stays realistic and effective.

Your Coach

Human-first coaching, not boot-camp barking.

Behind the programming is a person who cares about how you feel walking into the gym, not just how you look on a progress photo.

B1
Coach-led, human first.
No stock photos here—just real work, real effort.

Body Of One LLC was created to offer an alternative to the “no days off” culture that leaves people burned out and injured. Coaching here is collaborative—you’re not just following orders, you’re learning how your body responds to training and stress.

Sessions are conversational and focused. You’ll get clear cues, honest feedback, and space to ask questions. If something doesn’t feel right, we change it. If you’re having a tough week, we adjust.

Style: calm, direct, and supportive. Focus: long-term strength and resilience. Clients: adults of all ages.
