Body Of One LLC is a personal training practice in Santa Cruz, CA focused on sustainable, human-first coaching. We combine strength, conditioning, and movement education so you can feel strong, move with confidence, and build habits that last longer than any 6-week challenge.
Body Of One LLC exists for people who want to feel strong in their own skin without obsessing over numbers on a scale. We blend evidence-informed training with simple, clear communication.

Small-group training (2–3 people) where each person still follows an individualized program. Share energy and accountability while keeping coaching cues tailored just for you.
For those who already lift or play sports but want direction. We design and update your training blocks, check form, and help you adjust volume around work, travel, and life.
We’ll always be honest about what it takes to change, and we’ll keep the process doable. No secret hacks—just clear structure and thoughtful adjustments.
We start with a short conversation to understand your story, your current routines, and what you want to be able to do.
We look at how you move today: range of motion, control, and how your body handles basic patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, and pulls.
Training blocks are written specifically for your week—work hours, recovery, and sleep habits all matter.
As we train, we adjust based on your energy, stress, and progress so the plan stays realistic and effective.
